The facility’s first phase includes 218 climate-controlled self-storage units, regional corporate offices for Storage of America, and a 10,000 square foot co-work/executive office space under the brand “Work, etc.”

Later phases of facility will include a 3,000 SF Storage of America retail store, additional storage units, additional cowork and executive office space, a call center, and a manufacturing operation. At full build out, the facility will have 700 climate-controlled self storage units.

Storage of America purchased the building from Church of God late last year.

Storage of America, headquartered in Salt Lake City, currently has a portfolio of approximately 5,000 units across 9 facilities throughout the Midwest and another 6 projects in various stages of development.
